WPML, Polylang and TranslatePress all solve translation by adding a heavy plugin to your WordPress database. Linguify takes the opposite approach: point your domain at our edge and we translate every page at serve time. No database bloat, no theme conflicts, no plugin updates to track. A one-click plugin is available if you prefer that install path.

Install in 5 steps

  1. STEP 01

    Sign up at app.linguify.site

Free tier is permanent: 2,000 words, 1 language.

  2. STEP 02

    Add your WordPress domain

Works with WordPress.com Business plan and any self-hosted installation.

  3. STEP 03

    Pick target languages

Linguify supports all major languages WordPress itself covers (and many it does not).

  4. STEP 04

    Point your DNS to Linguify

In your DNS provider (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, your host's control panel), CNAME your domain to edge.linguify.site. Or install the Linguify WordPress plugin for one-click setup.

  5. STEP 05

    Wait 15 minutes for propagation

Your /es/, /de/, /fr/ URLs start serving translated content, indexable by Google.

What Linguify handles for you on WordPress

  • Skips code, pre, .wp-block-code, kbd, samp so code snippets in tutorials and documentation stay untranslated.
  • Full Gutenberg support — every block type translated, including reusable blocks.
  • Works with Classic Editor, Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder.
  • Compatible with Yoast SEO and Rank Math — Linguify adds hreflang on top; your SEO plugin keeps managing meta titles and descriptions in the source language.
  • WooCommerce supported: products, cart, checkout, order confirmation emails.

FAQ

Do I need to install a plugin?
Optional. The DNS-only path works on any WordPress installation. The Linguify plugin exists for users who prefer a one-click admin install.
Will it conflict with Yoast or Rank Math?
No. Linguify adds hreflang tags on top of whatever your SEO plugin does. Meta titles and descriptions from Yoast / Rank Math get translated automatically.
Does it work with WooCommerce?
Yes — products, categories, cart, checkout and transactional emails all translated. Prices stay in your configured currency per market.
Does it work on WordPress.com?
Yes, on the Business plan and above (those tiers allow custom DNS / CNAME records).
